How do I make a payment to my association?

  • FirstService Residential offers a variety of covenient ways to pay your association dues. Your association will send out coupon slips to you in December for the following year, or each quarter depending on your association's payment schedule. You should mail your payments, along with the coupon to the bank's lockbox, as indicated. Additonally Automatic Debit forms are available for both monthly and quarterly payment schedules. If you would like to pay your dues online please see our online payment link.

Where can I find my association documents?

  • If you are a new homeowner the previous homeowner will present you with the association documents. If however, you need an additional copy and are a current homeowner simply contact either your on-site office or our main office. We will be more than happy to make you a copy of your documents for a small fee.

Why doesn't my association have its own website?

  • Many associations have their own website created through FirstService Residential If your association would like to work with us to create a website, please have a board member contact us.

Who are my Board Members?

  • Your Board Members are elected volunteers from your community. The frequency of the elections is determined by the Bylaws in your governing association documents. If you would like to contact your Board Members contact your on-site office our our main offfice and we will be happy to relay any messages you may have.

What is my responsibility as a homeowner?

  • The responsibility of a homeowner is outlined by Florida State Statutes and by your association's governing documents. Each member of an association is required to abide by certain rules and regulations for the safety and enrichment of all members. Please refer back to your governing documents for clarification.
